This privacy notice tells you what to expect Glasgow HEMA to do with your personal information when you make contact with us or use one of our services.

Sharing your information

We will not share your information with any third parties unless legally required to do so. We use data processors who are third parties who provide elements of services for us. We have contracts in place with our data processors. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us.

Complaints

Restricted contact

We may impose a restriction on your access to our services if you act in a way we find threatening or inflammatory. If we do this, we’ll explain to you the restriction we have applied and why we feel it’s necessary. • Social media
  We manage all our own social-media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media, it will be subject to this Privacy Policy as well. It may also be subject the Social Media providers Privacy Policy which you should read before using their services.
• Emailing us
  We use Gmail webmail services which uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with government guidance on email security. We’ll also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. You must ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
• Using Site Contact Forms
  Our site contact form sends emails directly to our email account and is subject to the same security measures.

Using our Website

• Analytics
  When you visit www.glasgowhema.com, we use a third-party service, Squarespace Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out such things as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. 
  If we do collect personal data  through our website, we’ll be upfront about this. We’ll make it clear when we collect personal information and we’ll explain what we intend to do with it.
